Setup fee includes two-color formatting, additional coloring will be extra. Also to include plate and graphic design charges.
Contracts are binding for the first 30 days and cannot be terminated. Cancellation fees may be applied upon early termination.
Value Key has the right to terminate this contract for non-payment or failure to follow the terms of this agreement.
You may terminate this contract in writing, with 30 days notice.
Billing will be in monthly payments. Surcharges will be added for late payments beyond 30 days.
Because each promotion differs in many ways we do not price quote over the phone however we will be happy to assist you in pricing via e-mail or consultation once all the particulars are summed up and then ready to be released to our prospects as well as our clients.
Special Event Keycard Advertising
Due to the nature of our business it is our responsibility to inform those when utilizing our special event keycards at an event or conference that if your company is not hosting the actual event to be promoted it is our recommendation for those in interest to seek either written permission or a statement of release which will allow the party of interest to participate in promotional advertising at said event . We recommend this be done through either the events coordinator or party/parties directly related.
We require payment in full prior to shipping the final Product / Promotional keycards to their destination of event or promotion site unless special arrangements have been made prior by our management team.
